Traditional conference learning formats often struggle to feel memorable, interactive, or scalable beyond the room. The challenge was to create a technical activation that blended storytelling, hands-on learning, sales relevance, and live audience energy, while also extending into content that could live beyond the event.
I led the creation and delivery of the Lightboard Activation from concept through execution, shaping it into a fully immersive learning and storytelling experience at TechXchange. I secured partnerships with IBM Technology YouTube stakeholders and sponsorship from Revelation Lightboards, then helped design a studio-grade environment with full production support on site.
The program was built as a multi-layered experience: expert-led sessions, hands-on challenges, open playground time, and gamified participation through elements like the Glass Masters Challenge. I mapped narrative arcs so that technical content connected directly to IBM's selling stories.
What emerged was not simply a booth or demo space, but a scalable experience model for technical education, participation, and brand storytelling.
