At TechXchange, I led the creation and delivery of the Lightboard Activation — shaping it from concept to a fully immersive experience. Partnerships were established with IBM Technology YouTube stakeholders to extend reach, and sponsorship was secured from Revelation Lightboards to bring the technology to life on site.

The program was designed to blend technical storytelling with sales enablement, mapping narrative arcs so that opening sessions connected directly to our selling stories. Gamified elements, such as the Glass Masters Challenge, added energy and engagement, while a rethought hands‑on approach — complete with pen and paper for participants to sketch and pitch their own ideas — encouraged active learning and creativity in a way no previous TechXchange session had offered.

The result was a memorable, scalable format capable of engaging live audiences and reaching millions more through the IBM Technology YouTube channel.

To make this possible, a dedicated studio was built with a full‑service production crew and on‑site support, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience for both presenters and participants.
