The Brief

UPS needed to envision AI-driven customer experience transformation before making major strategic investments. The challenge was to turn technically advanced possibilities into executive-ready stories and experience concepts that could build confidence, clarify value, and accelerate alignment at leadership level.

The Work

As Creative Director, I led the engagement from concept through delivery, working directly with UPS leadership, IBM technical experts, and engineering stakeholders to build a suite of scenario-based demo videos and branded interaction concepts. The goal was to translate advanced AI capabilities into tangible, believable user experiences that executives could immediately understand.

I authored story-led use cases, designed UPS-branded UI flows, and shaped immersive experience narratives around real operational moments -- such as multilingual support journeys -- that made the technical capability feel relevant and actionable.

This project demonstrated how strategic design and storytelling can function as decision-making infrastructure, helping leadership teams align not just around features, but around a shared vision of transformation.
